Anticoagulation in Practice 2011

The 5th scientific meeting of the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society and University of Birmingham. The 2011 programme has been designed to present the latest developments in haemostasis and thrombosis. GP’s, practice nurses, biomedical scientists, pharmacists and patients are all invited to attend.
